Licensing and scope of agreement

Kachingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 039483-R-319409-018, and the service described here is offered to customers physically located in Great Britain. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted, and we may use location data to enforce this.

We may amend these conditions to reflect regulatory change, new product features or corrections. Material changes affecting your rights are notified by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, and continued play after that date constitutes acceptance.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Registration, verification and account security

You must be at least eighteen years old, acting on your own behalf and using accurate personal details. One account per person, household, shared device or IP address is permitted, and duplicates will be closed with any resulting winnings withheld.

Identity, age and address verification is completed before your first deposit is accepted. Additional evidence, including source of wealth documentation, may be requested at any point; failure to supply it within a reasonable period will result in your account being suspended.

Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared or transferred. You remain liable for all activity carried out under your login unless and until you notify us that it has been compromised, and we ask that you enable two-step authentication where offered.

Deposits, withdrawals and dormant balances

Payments must originate from an instrument held in your own name. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling transactions anywhere in Great Britain. Deposits are credited once cleared, and we do not extend credit or advance funds under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are returned to the original funding method wherever technically possible. Requests are ordinarily processed within twenty-four hours of verification checks being satisfied, though your payment provider may add further settlement time we do not control.

Customer money is held in segregated accounts. The Gambling Commission rates this level of protection as medium, meaning funds are kept separate from operating money but there is no independent trustee guarantee of full repayment in the event of insolvency. Accounts with no login activity for twelve consecutive months are classed as dormant, and we will contact you before applying any administrative charge permitted by our licence.

Wagering, promotions and game integrity

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators independently tested by an approved laboratory. Published return-to-player figures are theoretical averages calculated over very large numbers of rounds and do not predict the result of any individual session.

Promotional offers carry their own supplementary rules covering minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, maximum conversion, game weighting, maximum stake while a bonus is active and expiry date. Where the promotion terms and these general conditions conflict, the promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

Bonus abuse — including arbitrage patterns, coordinated group play, low-risk covering bets, or the use of automated software or emulators — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Where an obvious error occurs in odds, pricing, payout tables or account balances, we reserve the right to void the affected wagers and correct the balance.

Complaints, closure and limitation of liability

Complaints should first be raised with our support team, who will acknowledge within twenty-four hours and aim to resolve the matter within eight weeks. If we cannot reach agreement, you may refer the case free of charge to our approved alternative dispute resolution provider, whose details are published in the Help Centre.

You may close your account at any time from your profile or by contacting support, and any confirmed balance will be returned to you. We may suspend or terminate an account where we suspect fraud, money laundering, prohibited jurisdiction access, breach of these conditions, or where a regulator directs us to do so.

Kachingo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions caused by your equipment or connection, or for losses arising from your own decision to gamble. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
